This Infrared Illuminator is extremely high powered and designed for large residential and commercial premises is compatible with any security cameras that use Infrared light to be able to see at night. Traditionally cameras only have the infrared light provided by the few LED's on the front of the camera to help it see at night.
This Infrared Illuminator is designed to work with cameras with long range lenses that can really take advantage of the 280M beam range. This infrared illuminator act's like an Infrared floodlight and floods the area with a large amount of infrared light that is invisible to the human eye but the cameras will be able to use the extra light to make a huge improvement to the quality of the night vision already available.
The VSIR60W30D is IP66 rated with a tempered glass panel and aluminum die-casting housing, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. This light is designed to give an ultra long and precise beam over a massive range of 280m and is well suited to areas where you need to light far away areas up to 280M away that's 1/4 of a kilometer such as, tennis courts, very long driveways, warehouses and outdoor storage areas and construction sites, Sports fields and stands on the other side of the pitch or arena.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION --> VOLTAGE DROP - Depending on the distance you intend placing this product away from the power supply you will need to take into consideration Voltage Drop.
Consider this example - 12Volts @ 5AMPs(60W) using a 1mm² cable at cable length of 10Mtrs is a 21.5% (2.58V) Voltage Drop, giving you less than 10.5Volts at the device.. This is very important as the device will not function to its fullest ability. The quality and thickness of the cable is critical to minimize the loss of voltage/power from the device.
