    Original 48V 1.5A 4-pin power adaptor (PSU) for Swann 8-channel recorders, including NVR8-8580, NVR8-8580RN (8580RN), NVR8-8780, NVR8-8600 (SRNVR-88600T), SWNVR-8580 and SWNVR-88580H. Also suits selected CONCORD (Jaycar / Electus) NVRs using the same 4-pin 48V input. Designed for continuous 24/7 CCTV operation and reliable HDD spin-up.

    STOP — 16-Channel owners: If your label shows NVR16-8580 or NVR16-8580RN (often written as 168580 / 168580RN) you need the higher-current supply: 48V 3.75A 4-pin PSU.

    Quick check: Your original adaptor should read 48V, 1.5A and use a round 4-pin plug. (16-ch units use 48V 3.75A.)

    When to Replace

    • No power — LEDs off, no fan/HDD activity.
    • Boot hang — stuck on splash screen (insufficient current).
    • HDD not detected — weak supply won’t spin the drive reliably.

    Quick Replacement Steps

    1. Power down the recorder and unplug from mains.
    2. Remove the 4-pin plug from the NVR and the IEC lead from the wall.
    3. Connect the new 48V 1.5A 4-pin adaptor and included IEC cable.
    4. Restore power and confirm the NVR boots and detects the HDD.
