Shipping to NZ Via Australia Post

The cost of shipping to New Zealand is very reasonable.  We charge from $15 for small items and the rest is based on price/weight.  Please create an account with your address and the shipping charge will be displayed based on your shopping cart.

  • Spend 0-$180 = $15 Shipping
  • $180-$200 = $18
  • $200-$250 = $20
  • $250-$280 = $22

No Australian GST

When you enter your New Zealand delivery address, our system automatically removes the Australia GST

New Zealand Customs will check the goods and you may need to pay your GST and some Duties - please check the below link for more information.

We charge you in Australian Dollars $AUD.

Duties and Costs in detail

When you place an order with us here in Australia, we send your goods via the best method via Air, the goods arrive at NZ and go through Customs where you will be contacted and need to pay the necessary duties.

Because you are outside of Australia then we do not need to charge the Australian GST. Our system automatically takes away this 10% when you enter your NZ address.

Import duties --> we DO NOT cover any duties or costs associated with NZ customs or other agencies.

Faulty Products

What if a product is faulty?

It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping ONLY of the faulty part, we then pay for the return to you. We think this is a fair 50/50 arrangement. Before sending any item back, we will fault find and try to offer a solution.

Is Warranty Applicable?

Yes your product carries the full manufactures warranty, you will need to return faulty parts to us.
