Questions

Talk to our team
1300 736 970

820 or 850 Series?

Both record 8MP. The 820 is the entry-level choice: smart human and vehicle alerts, a white spotlight for colour night vision and a microphone for audio recording. The 850 adds AI detection, red and blue strobe, a siren and two-way audio.

Is the video 4K?

The 820 records an 8MP (4K-upscaled) picture at up to 15 frames per second. For native 4K at a higher frame rate, look at the 850 or 880 Series.

Bullet (820B) or dome (820D)?

Bullets are more visible and suit fences and driveways. Domes are lower profile and suit eaves and verandahs. Kits come all-bullet, all-dome or mixed.

Can I add cameras later?

Yes, up to the channel count of the recorder: 4, 8 or 16 cameras. Single 820B and 820D cameras are listed on this page.

Is there a subscription?

No. Video records to the hard drive in the NVR. The free IVSEC app lets you view and get alerts on your phone, with no account to register.

What is in the box?

Cameras, an NVR with the hard drive fitted, and Cat5e cables. The NVR powers each camera through its network cable, so there is one cable per camera.
