Functional Single Camera Layout
A single camera can be connected directly to the remote access point. Using a simple access point setup in bridge mode, the camera can be mounted in a shed or remote location away from the recorder.
These antennas can increase the distance to several kilometres depending on local conditions.
Functional Multiple Camera Layout
Supporting multiple cameras at the remote site is also very simple. Utilising a VIP Vision 8-port 10/100 Max PoE+ Switch will allow multiple cameras to share the wireless link, while still only requiring two power points.
