Who can apply for a trade account?

Any registered business that installs or resells electronic and security products, from sole-trader installers to online stores and integrators. We ask for your ABN.

How long does approval take?

We review every application within one business day and email you as soon as trade pricing is switched on. Already a customer? Your existing account is upgraded, so your order history stays with you.

Are there any fees?

No. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly fees and no commissions on drop-ship sales.

Do I need to hold stock?

No. With drop shipping we send orders straight to your customer from our warehouse, with your business shown on the paperwork and labels.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders approved before 3:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, leave the same afternoon. See Shipping, Returns & Warranty for transit times.

Can I get a product data feed?

Yes. Approved resellers can get a product data feed and live inventory to keep their store up to date.

Can you help with system design?

Yes. Our team can help you choose cameras, recorders, intercoms and networking for a job and answer setup questions during the install.
