Can I mix with other brands on 2-wire?

Keep Akuvox 2-wire endpoints on an Akuvox-approved 2-wire path. Cross-vendor spurs need an approved gateway design.

Installation & safety notice

Low-voltage product (SELV). Power method varies by SKU and revision — verify PoE / local PSU / 2-wire supply requirements on the Akuvox datasheet before energising. Treat as SELV low-voltage equipment.

When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed structured data / intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be performed by an ACMA-registered cabler.
