IVSEC NR6324EXA — 32-channel 12 MP NVR front view
IVSEC · 32-channel · 12 MP · H.265+

32-channel NVR.
4 bays. 320 Mbps.

The IVSEC NR6324EXA records up to 32 IP cameras at up to 12 MP with H.265+ compression, ONVIF S/G/T and IVSEC X-range plug-and-play.

ADD-ON RECORDER — NEEDS CAMERAS & HDD

This listing is the NVR only. It records IP cameras on your LAN but does not include cameras, structured cabling, surveillance hard drives or a PoE switch.

In the box
  • NR6324EXA network video recorder
  • 12 V 5 A power supply
  • USB mouse, HDD screws, quick guide
What you also need (sold separately)
  • Up to 32 compatible IP cameras
  • 1–4 surveillance-rated 3.5" SATA HDDs
  • PoE switch or injectors (datasheet: 2 non-PoE gigabit uplink ports)

Built for integrators who need a 32-channel head-end with local HDMI/VGA monitoring, alarm I/O and flexible search — without stepping up to enterprise VMS licensing on day one.

IVSEC NVR storage and multi-camera layout

Four-bay retention

Install up to four 3.5" SATA HDDs (up to 10 TB each per IVSEC datasheet) for a quoted 40 TB storage ceiling. H.265+ keeps bit-rates manageable on busy sites.

Size drives for your camera count, resolution and retention policy — we list SkyHawk surveillance HDDs separately.

IVSEC NR6324EXA rear connectivity panel

Integrator I/O

HDMI and VGA local outputs, 8 alarm inputs / 1 output, RS485, audio out, eSATA and dual USB 2.0 ports give you standard security-install hooks.

Two gigabit RJ45 uplink ports (non-PoE per datasheet) connect to your core switch or router.

IVSEC mobile app remote viewing

Search & remote access

Timeline, schedule, IVS/event, snapshot, tag, time-lapse and slice searches help you find incidents fast. IVSEC's CMS/VMS client and mobile app support remote live view and playback (P2P QR setup per datasheet).

Advanced analytics depend on the cameras you pair — the NVR records and surfaces IVS metadata when the camera supports it.

How it works

01

Install HDDs

Fit 1–4 surveillance-rated 3.5" SATA drives and initialise in the recorder menu.

02

Network cameras

Connect IP cameras via your PoE switch or LAN; IVSEC X-range cameras auto-discover.

03

Configure & record

Set schedules, motion/IVS rules and user accounts in the local UI or CMS client.

04

Monitor remotely

View live and playback on HDMI/VGA locally or via the IVSEC mobile app when configured.

FAQ

Does this NVR include hard drives?

No. The NR6324EXA ships without surveillance HDDs. Install up to four 3.5" SATA drives (up to 10 TB each per the IVSEC datasheet) before commissioning recording.

Does it power IP cameras over PoE?

The IVSEC datasheet lists 2 non-PoE gigabit Ethernet ports for network uplink. Power your cameras with a compatible PoE switch or injector on the same LAN, or use cameras with local 12 VDC supplies.

How many cameras can I record at once?

Up to 32 IP channels at resolutions up to 12 MP, within the recorder's 320 Mbps incoming bandwidth budget (per datasheet). Size your bit-rate and HDD retention accordingly.

Will third-party ONVIF cameras work?

Yes for core streaming and recording via ONVIF Profile S/G/T. IVSEC plug-and-play and some analytics features are smoothest with IVSEC X-range cameras; test your exact models in the config tool first.

What is in the box?

Printed quick installation guide, USB mouse, HDD mounting screws and the 12 V 5 A power supply (per IVSEC datasheet). Cameras, cabling, HDDs and rack ears are not included unless ordered separately.

Installation & safety notice

Mains-powered equipment. The NR6324EXA uses the supplied 12 V DC 5 A adapter on a general-purpose outlet. No electrician is required to plug in the adapter, but route cabling neatly and do not overload the circuit with multiple recorders on one GPO.

Structured cabling. Concealed data runs between cameras, PoE switches and the NVR are customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be installed by an ACMA-registered cabler. New GPOs or hard-wired mains work requires a licensed electrician under AS/NZS 3000.

Specifications & imagery in good faith. Specifications, firmware features and published imagery can change without notice at IVSEC's discretion. Verify the attached datasheet for your firmware revision before ordering.

By placing an order you confirm the product is fit for your intended use and that concealed cabling or third-party integration will be performed by an appropriately licensed tradesperson. Infront Technologies does not accept liability for incorrect site preparation or misuse outside the manufacturer's specifications.
