The AK-R20B2BONWALL is Akuvox’s R20BX2: two call buttons, 2 MP camera and card reader in an IP65 aluminium panel. Typical for duplexes, small offices and gates where a full directory screen is more than you need.

This SKU is the on-wall door station.

You receive the R20B two-button video door phone. An indoor monitor, electric lock, PoE injector and any flush box or rain cover are sold separately. It is not a bracket or accessory.

Each row is a label window plus a bell button. Typical for two dwellings or two departments sharing one entry.

The same family goes up to five buttons — do not order this SKU if you need three or five flats on one plate.

Is this a mounting accessory?

No. It is the two-button video door phone. Mounts and rain covers are separate SKUs.

Two buttons or two stations?

One station, two call buttons. Each button rings the indoor endpoint you configure.

IP65. Still specify a rain cover where the soffit does not shelter the panel.

Installation & safety notice

Low-voltage product (SELV). Power from IEEE 802.3af PoE as stated on the Akuvox R20BX2 datasheet. Treat as SELV low-voltage equipment.

When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed structured data / intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be performed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Any electric lock, maglock or dedicated lock PSU is a separate electrical/security install and may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
