A 7-inch Android door phone with facial recognition.
The whole station, not a cropped UI.
The AK-R29C is Akuvox’s R29C: 7-inch IPS Android panel, dual cameras (2 MP + 1 MP) for anti-spoof face unlock, plus card, PIN, BLE and QR. Typical for apartment buildings and commercial lobbies that want a directory-style door phone without stepping up to X915S.
This SKU is the door station only.
You receive the R29C (standard, not the LTE R29C-L). Indoor monitors, R29 wall kits, rain hoods, PoE+ and lock hardware are sold separately.

Answers
Common questions
Is this the LTE R29C-L?
No. AK-R29C is the standard station. R29C-L (cellular) is a different part number; the internal LTE module is also sold separately as AK-LTEMOD for compatible LTE variants.
Indoor monitor included?
No. Pair with a compatible Akuvox indoor station.
PoE class?
IEEE 802.3at, or 12 V DC. Not 802.3af.
X915S instead?
X915S is the 8-inch 316 stainless flagship. R29C is the 7-inch aluminium Android door phone.
7-inch Android, local stock.
Order R29C through Infront Technologies when the brief is a 7-inch facial-recognition Android door phone — not the 4.3-inch R28A keypad station and not the 8-inch X915S.
Installation & safety notice
Low-voltage product (SELV). Power from IEEE 802.3at PoE or 12 V DC as stated on the Akuvox R29C datasheet. This is not 802.3af-class.
When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed structured data / intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be performed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Any electric lock, maglock or dedicated lock PSU is a separate electrical/security install and may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
