No. Outdoor door station only. Residents answer on an Akuvox indoor monitor, app or SIP endpoint.

Can I run it without Wi-Fi?

Yes — RJ45 with PoE 802.3af or 12 V DC is on the same plate. If you will never use wireless, E12S black is the Ethernet-first twin.

Does it unlock the gate?

It provides a relay path. The electric lock / maglock hardware is designed and supplied separately.
