This SKU is the exit button only.
You receive the EB12 exit button. The door phone or access controller, electric lock, lock power supply and wall box are sold separately.

The momentary switch offers normally-open and normally-closed contacts, so it suits door phones, controllers and fail-safe lock circuits.

Does it have NO and NC contacts?
Yes. It supports NO and NC outputs for most access control systems.
Is the button illuminated?
No. The EB12 is a mechanical green button without an LED. Choose EB11 for a lit button.
What size is it?
86 × 86 × 33.5 mm, a square plate for standard 86 mm electrical boxes.
How does it connect to an Akuvox door phone?
Wire the contacts to the door phone’s exit-button input; the door phone then fires its lock relay.

Installation & safety notice
Low-voltage product (SELV). The button is rated for DC 12–24 V circuits at up to 5 A with a built-in dropper resistor, per the Akuvox EB12 datasheet. Treat as SELV low-voltage equipment; electric locks and their supplies should be installed by a licensed security installer or electrician.
When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed data and intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be installed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Electric locks, maglocks and lock power supplies may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
