The AK-FOB-F08 is Akuvox’s F08 key fob. It carries the same 13.56 MHz MIFARE 1K-class credential as the S50 card in a shape that lives on a key ring. Each SKU is one fob.

Which Akuvox devices read it?
Akuvox door phones and access terminals with 13.56 MHz MIFARE readers. Akuvox lists Akuvox MIFARE cards as supported on A01, A02, A03, A05 V2, A08, E12 V2, E16 V2, E18, R20 V5, R25, R27, R28 V2, R29, S532, S535, S539, X910, X912, X915 V2 and X916 with current firmware.
Does it need a battery?
No. It is passive and powered by the reader’s field.
What is the difference from the Bkey?
The F08 is tapped on the reader. The Bkey is a Bluetooth fob with a button that works from a distance on supported models.
