Uniarch bullet questions
What warranty do Uniarch products have?
Uniarch cameras and recorders carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through InFront. Contact us first and we organise any claim.
Is there a monthly fee for the Uniarch app?
No. The Uniarch app is free on iPhone and Android, with live view, playback and alerts. Footage is recorded to the hard drive in your recorder, not the cloud.
Are Uniarch and Uniview the same company?
Uniarch is the small-business and home range from Uniview (UNV). Uniarch cameras and recorders work together out of the box.
Do Uniarch recorders come with a hard drive?
Our standard recorder option has no drive, so you can fit your own. You can also choose a 2, 4, 6 or 8TB surveillance drive fitted when you order.
Will Uniarch recorders work with other camera brands?
Yes, with ONVIF (Profile S, G or T) cameras for video and basic motion. Smart events such as line crossing work best with Uniarch and Uniview cameras.
What is a Tri-Guard camera?
A camera with active deterrence: when it sees a person or vehicle in a zone, it flashes a warning light and sounds an alarm through its built-in speaker, then alerts your phone.
