The AVOL LHB-E150-C is a 150W driver-on-board LED high bay: 100 lm/W, 6000K cool white, a 90° beam, IP65 and an IK07 tempered glass lens in a slim Ø310 × 50 mm aluminium body. Ideal for warehouses, factories, gyms and indoor courts with ceilings around 6–8 m.

LIGHT · 01
Bright, efficient, cool white.
At 100 lumens per watt, the 150W model puts out 15,000 lumens. That is the kind of output that commonly replaces 250–400W metal-halide fittings, for a fraction of the running cost.
6000K cool white with CRI above 80 and a 90° beam — crisp, even working light for racking, benches and forklifts.

IP65 and an IK07 glass lens.
The housing is IP65, so dust and hosing are no problem, and the fitting is happy under awnings, in open-sided sheds and over loading docks. The lens is IK07 tempered glass rather than plastic, so it won’t yellow and stands up to knocks.
A finned aluminium body carries heat away from the LEDs, rated for 35,000 hours in −20° to 50°C.

Driver on board. One cable up.
The LED driver is built into the Ø310 × 50 mm body, so there is no separate driver box to mount on the purlin — just hang it from the ring and run one lead to an IP65 junction box.
The light is hard-wired by a licensed electrician on a switched, fused circuit, with the fitting earthed. Power factor is above 0.9 on 220–240 V AC.
Choose by height
Light on the floor, one fitting.
Centre-beam light level and beam width from a single light, from the AVOL datasheet. Overlapping lights add together, so real rooms read higher.
Rule of thumb: space lights about 1–1.5× the mounting height apart. IES files available on request for a proper lighting layout.

Common questions
Does it plug into a power point?
No. The LHB-E is supplied with an unterminated lead (H05RN-F 3-core 0.75 mm²). A licensed electrician connects it through an IP65-rated junction box (not included) on a switched, fused circuit, and the fitting must be earthed.
100W or 150W?
As a starting point, the 100W (10,000 lm) suits ceilings around 4–6 m and the 150W (15,000 lm) suits around 6–8 m. Both have the same 90° beam, so the bigger light mainly gives you more light on the floor at height. See the light-at-height table above.
How far apart should I hang them?
A common rule of thumb is a spacing of about 1 to 1.5 times the mounting height for even light. For workplaces with a required lux level, ask us for the IES photometric file so your electrician or designer can run a lighting layout.
Can it go outside?
The fitting is IP65 with an IK07 tempered glass lens, so it handles dust, hosing and weather — under awnings, open-sided sheds, loading docks and canopies. Keep the connection inside an IP65 junction box.
Is it dimmable, or does it have a sensor?
No to both. It is a straightforward on/off fitting. For motion control, an electrician can switch a group of lights from a suitable high-bay sensor switch.

Installation & safety notice
Licensed electrician only. This is a 240 V hard-wired fitting with an unterminated lead. In Australia it must be installed by a licensed electrician, earthed, and connected in an IP65 junction box.
Secure mounting. Hang from a fixing and chain or hook rated for the fitting’s weight. Isolate power before installing or servicing.
