Plainly a camera,
with 50 m of night vision.
This is the Uniarch IPC-B1E6-AF28K. A 6MP bullet camera with infrared reaching 50 m, further than the turret and dome models. The shape tells everyone the area is watched, and the 2.8 mm lens takes in 113°.
In one sentence: the IPC-B1E6-AF28K is a 6MP (3072 × 2048) bullet camera with a 2.8 mm F1.6 lens, 112.9° view, 50 m IR, 120 dB WDR, a built-in mic and IP67 housing, powered by PoE.
One camera, one Cat6 cable.
Video and power share a single Cat6 run from a PoE recorder or switch. Mounts and a memory card are optional.
- IPC-B1E6-AF28K camera
- Fixing screws and drill template
- Quick guide
- A PoE NVR or switch (802.3af), or a 12 V DC supply
- Cat6 cable to the camera
- A microSD card up to 256GB, to record on the camera
- TR-JB05-B-IN junction box or TR-UP06-C-IN pole adapter, if needed
A visible deterrent for driveways and yards.
A bullet on the wall is the clearest sign a property has cameras. This one pairs a 6MP sensor with 50 m of infrared, so long driveways, side passages and back fences stay visible after dark.

Design
Hood, lens and IR in one housing.
The front hood shades the lens from sun and rain, and the infrared sits beside the lens behind the same front window. The metal body is rated IP67.

Mounting
A bracket that sets any angle.
The bracket pans 360°, tilts 0–90° and rotates 360°, so the picture can be levelled from a sloping eave or a side wall. Add the TR-JB05-B-IN junction box for the cable joint, or the TR-UP06-C-IN adapter for a pole.
How it goes in
From the box to recording.
01
Pick the spot
High enough to be out of easy reach, close enough to see faces, with a route for one Cat6 cable. Under an eave keeps sun and rain off the lens.
02
Fix the bracket
Screw the bracket to the wall or eave, onto a TR-JB05-B-IN junction box, or to a pole with the TR-UP06-C-IN adapter.
03
Plug it in
Run Cat6 to a PoE port on the NVR or a PoE switch. The camera powers up from the cable.
04
Aim and add
Swing the bracket to frame the view and lock it, then add it to the NVR or the Uniarch app.

Model codes shortened from IPC-…-AF28K. All five have a 2.8 mm F1.6 lens (112.9° across), 120 dB WDR, a built-in mic, microSD up to 256GB, IP67 and PoE (802.3af) or 12 V DC. — means not rated. Figures from the Uniarch datasheets.
Common questions
Should I choose a bullet or a turret?
A bullet is more visible, which helps deter, and this one has 50 m IR against 30 m on the turret. A turret is more discreet and suits eaves and entries. Both have the same 6MP or 8MP picture options.
Can it go on a pole?
Yes, with the TR-UP06-C-IN pole adapter, which straps to poles and rails 67–127 mm across.
How far does it see at night?
Up to 50 m with infrared. Smart IR turns down the IR on close objects so people near the camera are not washed out.
What resolution and frame rate does it record?
6MP (3072 × 2048) at up to 20 fps, 5MP at 25 fps, and 3MP or 1080p at 30 fps.
Does it tell people from other movement?
Yes. Intrusion detection looks for the shape of a person, so trees and passing headlights are less likely to send an alert. Motion, tampering and audio detection are built in too.
Can it handle bright sun and shade in one picture?
Yes. 120 dB true WDR balances a bright street and a shaded porch in the same frame, and HLC dims headlights so plates and faces stay readable.
Will it work with my recorder?
Uniarch and Uniview NVRs find it on their PoE ports and add it automatically. Other recorders that support ONVIF Profile S, G or T can add it too, although the smart events may only come through on Uniarch and Uniview.
Can I watch it on my phone?
Yes. View it through your Uniarch NVR in the Uniarch app, or add the camera to the app on its own. Live view in a web browser works without a plug-in in current Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Can it record without an NVR?
Yes. Fit a microSD card of up to 256GB and it records on the camera itself. With an NVR, the card also covers network drop-outs: ANR sends the missed footage to the recorder when the link returns.
How is it powered?
By PoE (IEEE 802.3af) over the same Cat6 cable as the video, from a PoE NVR or switch. Without PoE, it runs on a 12 V DC supply. It draws 7.0 W at most.
What is Ultra 265?
Uniarch’s video compression. It keeps the same picture as H.265 in less space, so the recorder holds more days of footage. H.265, H.264 and MJPEG are there too.
What is the warranty?
Uniarch 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through us. Contact us first and we will organise any claim.
Supported by Infront Technologies.
