Akuvox R25K in black is a keypad SIP video door phone with a 4 MP fisheye camera that sees 150° both across and top to bottom — faces, the whole porch and parcels at the door. Card, NFC and PIN entry, two lock relays, IP65 aluminium, PoE.

A keypad door phone that sees the whole doorstep.
4 MP fisheye, 150° each way.
The AK-R25K-BLACK is Akuvox’s R25K in black brushed aluminium. It keeps the compact keypad format of the R20K, but swaps in a 4 MP fisheye camera with a 150° vertical view — so residents see the visitor’s face, the path behind them and the parcel left at their feet.
This SKU is the door station only.
You receive the black R25K surface-mount door phone. Indoor monitors, the in-wall kit, rain hood, PoE switch and lock hardware are sold separately.

Visitors dial a flat and residents see them in 4 MP before they open up. Residents and staff skip the call entirely — tap a card, key in a PIN, or unlock from their phone.
Camera
Face to feet in one frame.
4 MP 1/3.2″ CMOS behind a fisheye lens covers 150° horizontally and 150° vertically. Video streams in H.264 at up to 2000 × 2000, 2K at 30 fps.
WDR handles a bright street behind a shaded porch. IR LEDs, a light sensor and 0.1 lux minimum illumination keep night calls usable. ONVIF and RTSP let you record the door on your NVR.
Built for outside
IP65 aluminium in a slim plate.
Brushed black aluminium front, IP65 rated, −30 °C to +60 °C. 185 × 85 × 24 mm — the same footprint as the R20K.
Surface-mounts as supplied. For a flush finish use the black R20K/R25K in-wall kit, and add a rain hood on exposed elevations.
Access
PIN, card, NFC or app.
The 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz reader takes EM, MIFARE and DESFire EV1 / EV2 / EV3 credentials, plus NFC from Android phones. It stores up to 25,000 cards, 5,000 PINs and 5,000 users.
Two relays drive two doors or a door and a gate. Two inputs, selectable Wiegand in/out and RS485 connect exit buttons, door sensors and access controllers.

Mount
Surface-mount as supplied, or fit the black R20K/R25K in-wall kit for flush. Add a rain hood where the door is exposed.

PoE and SIP
Run 802.3af PoE to the RJ45, then register the station to Akuvox indoor monitors, SmartPlus or your SIP PBX.

Enrol credentials
Load cards, PINs and room numbers in the web portal, or import an access table: up to 25,000 cards and 5,000 PINs.

Test the door
Place a call, check the fisheye picture day and night, and confirm each relay releases the right lock.

Common questions
How is R25K different from R20K?
Same keypad format and footprint. R25K has a 4 MP fisheye camera covering 150° × 150°; R20K has a 2 MP camera covering 110° × 58°.
How many cards and PINs does it hold?
Up to 25,000 cards, 5,000 PINs and 5,000 users. Access tables can be exported and imported through the web portal.
Can I open the door from my phone?
Yes. Akuvox SmartPlus app users can answer calls and unlock, and Android phones can also unlock over NFC.
What PoE does it need?
IEEE 802.3af PoE from a switch or injector.
Can it be flush-mounted?
Yes, with the black R20K/R25K in-wall installation kit, which is sold separately.
Will it record to my existing NVR?
Yes. The R25K supports ONVIF and RTSP, so most ONVIF-capable NVRs can add it as a camera channel.
Is an indoor monitor included?
No. Pair it with a compatible Akuvox indoor monitor, the SmartPlus app or any SIP endpoint.

Choose R25K over R20K when you want the 4 MP fisheye picture — deliveries, small children and anyone standing close to the door stay in frame.
Installation & safety notice
Low-voltage product (SELV). Power from IEEE 802.3af PoE. Treat as SELV low-voltage equipment.
When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed data and intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be installed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Electric locks, maglocks and lock power supplies may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
