See the visitor
and the parcel at their feet.
This is the Uniview ED-525B-WB. A Wi-Fi video doorbell with two cameras: a 3MP main camera for the visitor and a 2MP camera that looks down at the doorstep, so parcels left on the ground stay in view. It detects people and packages and rings your phone.
In one sentence: the ED-525B-WB is a Uniview dual-camera video doorbell with a 3MP main camera, a 2MP downward camera, human and package detection, true HDR, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, 8 GB of built-in storage and IP65 weather sealing.
Wires to your existing doorbell transformer.
The ED-525B-WB runs from 12–24 V AC doorbell wiring and connects over Wi-Fi. Use it with up to three wireless chimes, or your existing mechanical chime.

Two cameras, no blind spot at the step.
The main 3MP camera covers 116° across for the visitor’s face and the path. The second, 2MP camera faces the ground, 96.8° across, so a parcel left right at the door is still on screen. Infrared reaches 5 m and a white light 2 m.

Common questions
Why two cameras?
The 3MP main camera shows the visitor and the path. The 2MP second camera looks down at the doorstep, where parcels are left, which a single doorbell camera usually cannot see.
Does it need a battery?
No. It is wired to a 12–24 V AC doorbell transformer, so it never needs charging.
What chime does it work with?
Up to three Uniview Sub-1GHz wireless chimes, or one mechanical chime. With a mechanical chime the supply must be 24 V AC (26 VA) and the chime must be connected.
Which Wi-Fi does it need?
Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4 or 5 GHz, with WPA3 security supported. Check the signal at the front door before fitting; a mesh node or extender helps if it is weak.
Where is the video stored?
On 8 GB of built-in storage in the doorbell. Add it to a Uniview NVR for longer recording and playback with your other cameras.
Does it detect people and parcels?
Yes. It detects motion, people and packages, and sends the alarm to the app and to a Uniview NVR.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Home?
Uniview lists Amazon Alexa and Google Home support.
Can I see it at night?
Yes. Infrared lights the porch to about 5 m, and a white light up to 2 m can show colour.
Will it survive the weather?
It is rated IP65 against dust and rain and runs from −30 °C to 60 °C.
Which app does it use?
Uniview’s UNV-Link app for iPhone and Android. Bluetooth makes the first setup quick.
Is it NDAA compliant?
Yes, Uniview lists it as NDAA compliant.
What is the warranty?
