A metal door station
and a 7-inch screen inside.
This is the Uniview KIT/201S-Z/372S/NSW2020. A complete Uniview IP video intercom in one box: the OEU-201S-HMK-Z villa door station with a camera and card reader, the white 7-inch OEI-372S-H-W indoor station, and a 4-port PoE switch that powers both over Cat6.
In one sentence: the KIT/201S-Z/372S/NSW2020 is a Uniview IP video intercom kit with the OEU-201S-HMK-Z villa door station (IR camera, 13.56 MHz card reader for 10,000 cards, two lock interfaces, IP65, IK08), the OEI-372S-H-W white 7-inch touchscreen indoor station and the NSW2020-6T-POE-IN 6-port switch with 4 PoE ports.
Three parts, all powered over Cat6.
The PoE switch powers the door station and indoor station over their Cat6 cables, so there are no power packs at the door or on the wall. Add the lock and its power supply to suit your door.
- OEU-201S-HMK-Z villa door station
- OEI-372S-H-W indoor station (white) with wall bracket, wiring cables and screws

Built for exposed gates and doors.
The OEU-201S-HMK-Z has a metal front, IP65 and IK08 ratings, a tamper switch and runs from −40 °C to 60 °C. It reads 13.56 MHz cards (10,000 cards), drives two door locks, and calls the indoor station and the app.

Door station
Metal, with a tamper switch.
One call button, a card reader area, infrared for night video and a tamper switch that alerts if the unit is pulled off the wall. Surface, junction box or recess mounting.

Indoor station
A 7-inch touchscreen inside.
Answer, talk and unlock with one touch. It also shows IP cameras, up to two NVRs and doorbells, and has 8 alarm inputs.

Common questions
What is in the kit?
One OEU-201S-HMK-Z villa door station, one white OEI-372S-H-W 7-inch indoor station and one NSW2020-6T-POE-IN PoE switch with 4 PoE ports.
Does it include a door lock?
No. The door station has two lock interfaces for an electric strike or magnetic lock. Uniview recommends a dedicated access-control power supply for magnetic locks.
How do cards work?
The door station has a built-in 13.56 MHz IC card reader that stores up to 10,000 cards. Present a registered card and it releases the lock.
Can I answer the door on my phone?
Yes. The door station calls the indoor station and the app, so you can talk to visitors when you are out.
How far can the door station be from the switch?
Up to 100 m of Cat6 normally. The switch’s Extend mode stretches its ports to 250 m for long driveways and gates.
Can I add more indoor stations?
Yes. The indoor station supports up to 19 extensions, and a door station can link up to 20 indoor stations. The switch has two spare PoE ports for more.
Can I see my CCTV on the indoor screen?
Yes. The indoor station links up to 20 devices including IP cameras, up to two NVRs and doorbells.
How is the door station mounted?
On the surface, on a junction box, or recessed. Seal the gap to the wall with waterproof glue as the quick guide shows to keep the IP65 rating.
Will it work with other intercom brands?
No. The stations use Uniview’s own protocol, so they work with Uniview door and indoor stations only.
Is it NDAA compliant?
Uniview lists both the door station and the indoor station as NDAA compliant.
What powers the switch?
Its own 48/51 V adapter, running from 100–240 V mains. The switch has a fanless metal housing and supplies 60 W of PoE in total.
What is the warranty?
