Uniview Acreage Watch Kit. A Uniview IPC6324LWH 5× zoom PTZ that follows people across the yard, two LightHunter IPC2B18SS bullets with 80 m Smart IR and three LightHunter IPC3618SS turrets, on the 8-channel NVR501-08B-P8-IQ.
In one sentence: the UV-K806-ACR is two 8MP 4K LightHunter bullets, one 4MP 5× zoom PTZ and three 8MP 4K LightHunter turrets with the Uniview NVR501-08B-P8-IQ 8-channel PoE NVR, with the hard drive as an option.
Order it without a drive, or with a 2, 4, 6 or 8TB drive fitted.
Everything in the kit is matched: every camera plugs into the recorder’s PoE ports and appears automatically. Add the Cat6 cable and a screen and you are recording.

Big spaces need a camera that moves.
On a large block, a fixed camera can only see so far. The PTZ pans and zooms on command or tracks a person automatically, while the bullets watch the long boundaries and the turrets cover the house.
The recorder
The NVR501-08B-P8-IQ: 8 PoE ports, 75 W.
Every camera in the kit plugs into its own PoE port, which carries power and video on one Cat6 cable. The kit draws at most about 67 W of the 75 W budget, and 2 channels are left for more cameras. It records up to 16MP, outputs 4K on HDMI and takes one drive of up to 24TB.

Uniview IPC2B18SS-ADF28K-I1, 8MP 4K LightHunter bullet.
A visible bullet that reaches further down driveways, yards and fence lines. 8MP 4K with 80 m Smart IR and IP67 weather rating. Its 80 m Smart IR reaches down long driveways and fence lines, and smart detection sorts people, vehicles and bikes.
One in the kit
Uniview IPC6324LWH-AX5C-VG2, 4MP 5× zoom PTZ.
A compact Tri-Guard PTZ that pans and tilts from the app and zooms 5× optically, then follows people automatically with auto tracking. 4MP with 40 m warm light for colour at night and IP66 weather rating. Its red and blue warning light and built-in speaker warn people off, the mic and speaker give two-way talk, and a heater keeps it running on cold nights.
Three in the kit
Uniview IPC3618SS-ADF28K-I1, 8MP 4K LightHunter turret.
An eyeball turret that is easy to aim, with no dome cover to catch infrared glare. 8MP 4K with 40 m Smart IR and IP67 weather rating. Its deep-learning smart detection sorts people, vehicles and bikes, and a built-in mic comes standard.

Plan the positions
Mount cameras about 2.4–3 m high, under eaves where possible, aimed at doors, gates and paths rather than open sky.

Run the Cat6
One cable from each camera back to the recorder, up to 100 m. Fit a junction box behind each camera for a neat, sealed join.

Connect the recorder
Plug the cameras into the PoE ports, the screen into HDMI and the network port into your router, then power on and follow the wizard.
04
Add the app and zones
Scan the QR code in the EZView app, then draw detection lines and zones so alerts and warnings only fire for people and vehicles.

Common questions
Does the PTZ need its own power?
No. It runs on PoE+ from the recorder’s port, which supplies up to 30 W per port. The whole kit draws about 67 W of the 75 W budget at most.
Is a hard drive included?
Choose it in the options: No HDD, or a 2, 4, 6 or 8TB surveillance drive fitted and formatted. The standard option is No HDD, for people who already have a drive.
How many days will it record?
As a rough guide, each 4K camera recording around the clock with Ultra 265 uses about 25–40GB a day, so 6 cameras keep roughly 16–26 days on 4TB. Recording on motion, or at a lower bitrate on quiet cameras, stretches that a long way.
Is the cable included?
No, because every site needs a different length. Each camera needs its own Cat6 run of up to 100 m back to the recorder; a 305 m Cat6 box covers most homes.
Do the cameras need power points?
No. The recorder powers every camera through the Cat6 cable (PoE), so the only power point needed is at the recorder.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. There are 2 spare channels on the NVR501-08B-P8-IQ, and any Uniview camera plugs straight in.
Can I watch it on my phone?
Yes. Connect the recorder to your router and scan its QR code in the free EZView app for live view, playback and alerts on iPhone and Android. There are no monthly fees.
Can I install it myself?
Many customers do: each camera needs one cable and the recorder finds the cameras automatically. In Australia, Cat6 run inside walls and ceilings should be installed by a registered cabler.
Will it work with cameras I already own?
Usually. ONVIF (Profile S, G or T) and RTSP cameras record on the NVR501-08B-P8-IQ, with basic motion events; smart events come from Uniview cameras.
What is the warranty?
Uniview 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through us. Contact us first and we will organise any claim.

Installation and safety
Power. Use only the power supply supplied with the recorder. Power off before fitting or removing a hard drive.
Placement. Keep the recorder indoors between −10 °C and 55 °C with space around its vents, somewhere secure so a thief cannot take the footage with it. Cameras are rated IP66 to IP67 for outdoor use.
Privacy. Aim cameras at your own property. Recording audio and filming neighbours or public areas are covered by state surveillance laws.
