Is NS-2 the same as NC-2?

No. NS-2 is six pair on a rail. NC-2 is one RJ45 and one 2-wire pair.

Is a PSU included?

No. Feed 48 V or 24 V from a suitable rail PSU (commonly an HDR-60-class unit such as AK-HDR-60-SPEC).

Are doorphones included?

No. Hub only. Add 2-wire door stations and indoor monitors to complete the plant.
