Run the cables

Run one Cat5e or Cat6 cable from each camera position back to a PoE port on the recorder or a PoE switch.

Mount the cameras

Mark the holes with the installation template and fix each camera with the supplied screws and plugs, or use an IVSEC conduit box or wall mount.

Add them to the recorder

Find them with the IVSEC Device Config Tool, set a password, then add them to an IVSEC NVR, the IVSEC app (QR code) or any ONVIF recorder.

Aim and set detection

Angle each camera, lock the housing, then draw line crossing or intrusion zones and choose which alerts reach your phone.

Recorder

An IVSEC PoE NVR

Powers both cameras over their network cables and records around the clock. Any ONVIF Profile S, G or T recorder can also be used.

Cable

Cat5e or Cat6

One run per camera back to the recorder or PoE switch.

Mounting

IV2422X conduit box or IV2455X wall mount

IVSEC's listed accessories hide the cable tail in a conduit box, or hold the camera out from a wall.

How many cameras are in the pack?

Two IVSEC NC110XC turret dome cameras, each with its own mounting screws and plugs. The network cables and recorder are not included.

Is a recorder included?

No. The cameras record to an IVSEC NVR, any ONVIF Profile S, G or T recorder, or a microSD card in each camera.

How are they powered?

Each camera runs from a PoE (IEEE 802.3af) port on the recorder or a PoE switch, or from a 12 V DC supply, which is not included. Each draws under 7 W.

What resolution are they?

5MP, recording 2592 × 1944 at 20 frames per second from a 1/2.7" progressive CMOS sensor.

How wide is the view?

99° horizontally from the fixed 2.8 mm lens. IVSEC chose this slightly narrower angle so less of the picture is wasted on walls and sky.

How far do they see at night?

Infrared night vision is rated to 30 m, in black and white, with automatic day and night switching.

Do they record sound?

Yes. Each camera has a built-in microphone. There is no speaker. Check your state's surveillance laws before recording audio.

Do they have a PIR sensor?

Not confirmed. IVSEC's datasheet shows a PIR badge and a round window under the lens, but its spec table doesn't list PIR detection. Ask us before you rely on it.

What smart detection do they have?

Pedestrian and vehicle detection, perimeter intrusion, line crossing, region entrance and exit, face detection, licence plate detection, stationary object, cross counting, heat map, crowd density, queue length and rare sound detection.

Are they weatherproof?

Yes. The metal housings are rated IP67 for weather and IK10 for impact, and they run from −30 °C to 55 °C.

Is the 2-pack different from two single cameras?

No. It is the same NC110XC camera; the only difference is that two come in one pack.
