The AK-SPR15P is Akuvox’s R15P health care phone for seniors. It puts family, carers and help within one press on a SIP network or Akuvox system.
This SKU is the R15P phone.
You receive the R15P with handset and cord. Wireless emergency pendants and the PoE switch or 5 V DC adapter are not included unless specified.

Common questions
Is it a normal SIP phone?
Yes. It registers one SIP account on a PBX or SIP service, with features tuned for older users.
What does the SOS key do?
It calls the configured emergency number with one press.
Are the wireless pendants included?
No. Up to 10 optional pendants are supported and sold separately.
How is it powered?
By PoE (802.3af) from the network switch, or a 5 V 1 A DC adapter.

The R15P is a SIP phone, so it registers on your PBX and calls any Akuvox door or indoor monitor.
Installation & safety notice
Low-voltage product (SELV). Powered by PoE 802.3af or a 5 V 1 A DC adapter per the Akuvox R15P datasheet. Treat as SELV low-voltage equipment.
When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed data and intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be installed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Electric locks, maglocks and lock power supplies may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
