8-channel 4K AI CCTV kit for rural fire brigade stations.
Locked cabinet, 24″ monitor, 4G connection.
Assembled by Infront Technologies for brigade stations, sheds and rural depots without fixed internet. Four IVSEC IVNC-850B 8MP cameras record to an IVNR8-8000-2T 8-channel 2TB NVR housed in a Datatek 24SECCAB wall cabinet with a 24″ Flashview monitor. A Teltonika RUT241 4G router supplies the internet connection, with a 30 m Cat5e lead included so the router can be mounted high on the building for better reception.

Cable lengths can be changed to suit the site — tell us the four camera runs and the router height when you order.
One order for the whole station.
Most rural stations have no fixed internet, patchy mobile reception at ground level, and nobody on site for most of the week. The kit is put together around those constraints: 4G for the connection, a long lead so the router can go where the signal is, and a lockable steel cabinet so the recorder and monitor are off the bench and out of reach.

Four 850B cameras now. Room for eight.
The IVNC-850B is an 8MP (4K) bullet with a 110° lens, AI human and vehicle detection, a white spotlight for colour footage at night, IR to 35 m, red/blue strobe, siren and two-way audio, in an IP66 housing. Four IV2477X conduit junction boxes are included so the camera cables terminate neatly at the wall.
The IVNR8-8000-2T supports up to 8 cameras. This kit includes four; add any combination of IVSEC cameras on the remaining channels, including PTZ, LPR and other high-grade models. A 2TB drive is fitted. Larger surveillance hard drives are available if you need longer retention (single bay, up to 16TB).

Teltonika RUT241 with a 30 m lead for high mounting.
The RUT241 is an industrial LTE Cat 4 router (up to 150 Mbps) in a metal housing rated −40 to 75 °C, with two 10/100 Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi, SMA antenna connectors and WAN failover. It is small enough to sit in a weatherproof box at the top of a mast or under the eaves.
The included 30 m Cat5e runs from the router back to the NVR. Power the router with its supplied PSU, or via passive PoE Mode B (9–30 VDC) on LAN1 using a separate injector. It is not compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE from the NVR’s camera ports. SIM card not included.
Cabinet & monitor · 03
Datatek 24SECCAB with a 24″ Flashview monitor.
The 24SECCAB is a cold-rolled steel wall cabinet, 580 × 185 × 635 mm, in white hammertone with dual locks. Inside are a VESA 50/75/100 plate for the monitor, a 2RU rail for the NVR, a 5-outlet PDU and two USB fans. Cable enters through 50 mm knockouts with grommets. Load rating is 30 kg.
The LCDFL24G2 is a 24″ 1920×1080 VA monitor with HDMI and VGA inputs and a VESA 100 mount, connected to the NVR’s HDMI output for local viewing and playback. Cabinet photo shows representative equipment — product shot may differ from the actual product.

IVSEC X on the phone. Free VMS on PC or Mac.
IVSEC X is the free app from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Add the recorder by scanning the QR code on the NVR. Live view and playback are quick and simple — the same sort of layout you see on the HDMI monitor, with no subscription.
Free Video Management Software is also available for Windows and Mac from our IVSEC software page. Both the app and the VMS can hold more than one recorder, so if the brigade later adds cameras at a second shed or depot they sit in the same interface.

Answers
Common questions
Is this an official Rural Fire Service product?
No. It is a kit put together by Infront Technologies from standard IVSEC, Datatek, Flashview and Teltonika products, specified for brigade stations, sheds and rural depots. It carries no service branding and is not an RFS-issued item.
Why does the 4G router come with a 30 m cable?
Mobile reception inside a steel shed is usually poor. The 30 m Cat5e lets you mount the RUT241 high on the building or on a mast where reception is better, and run Ethernet back down to the NVR in the cabinet.
How is the RUT241 powered if it is mounted up high?
Either with the supplied plug pack at the mounting point, or with passive PoE (Mode B, 9–30 VDC) on the LAN1 port using a separate injector. The RUT241 is not compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, so do not connect it to the NVR’s camera PoE ports.
Is a SIM card included?
No. You will need a data SIM from a carrier with coverage at the station. The RUT241 also has a WAN port, so if fixed internet is added later the 4G connection can be kept as failover.
Can the cable lengths be changed?
Yes. The kit ships with 2× 20 m and 2× 40 m for the cameras and 1× 30 m for the router. Tell us the run lengths when you order and we will substitute other lengths (10 to 50 m) subject to stock.
What goes in the wall cabinet?
The 24″ monitor mounts on the cabinet’s VESA plate and the NVR sits on the 2RU rail behind the drop-down door. The cabinet includes a 5-outlet PDU and two USB fans. Closed dimensions are 580 × 185 × 635 mm and it is rated for a 30 kg load. Wall fixings are not included.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes. The NVR supports up to 8 cameras. This kit includes four 850B cameras; add any combination of IVSEC cameras on the remaining channels, including PTZ, LPR and other high-grade models.
What app or software do I need?
Nothing to buy. IVSEC X is the free app on the Apple App Store and Google Play — scan the QR code on the NVR to add it. Live view and playback are straightforward. Free VMS software is also available for Windows and Mac from our IVSEC software page. Both the app and the VMS can hold more than one recorder, so several stations sit in the same interface.
Can I fit a larger hard drive?
Yes. The kit includes 2TB. The NVR has one SATA bay and accepts larger surveillance drives up to 16TB if you need longer retention. We can quote an upgrade before dispatch.
Assembled and supported in Australia.
Kits are packed to order by Infront Technologies. Trade pricing is available on account. Tell us the camera run lengths and the router mounting height when ordering and we will pack the cable to suit.
Installation & safety notice
Mains-powered equipment in a plug-in cabinet. The NVR, monitor and router plug into the cabinet’s PDU, which connects to a standard 10 A outlet — no electrician is required to power the equipment. Installing a new outlet or circuit for the cabinet must be carried out by a licensed electrician under AS/NZS 3000. The cameras are low-voltage and powered over Ethernet from the NVR.
Cabling and mounting. Concealed or fixed data cabling through walls, ceilings and risers is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be performed by an ACMA-registered cabler. The cabinet, monitor and recorder together are a substantial load — fix into studs or masonry with fixings rated for the weight, never plasterboard alone.
Mobile coverage. 4G performance depends on carrier coverage, antenna placement and site conditions; reception cannot be guaranteed. The RUT241 must not be connected to IEEE 802.3af/at PoE ports.
Specifications in good faith. Component specifications and packaging may change at the manufacturers’ discretion. This kit is assembled by Infront Technologies and is not an official Rural Fire Service item. It is heavy freight and does not qualify for free shipping; we will quote delivery to the station.
