Long range, in colour,
and it warns them off.
This is the Uniview IPC6624SFW-X25-C-VH2. A heavy-duty 4MP 25× PTZ with IR to 250 m and warm light to 100 m for colour at night. It tracks what it detects and can flash its red and blue light and sound an alarm through its high-power speaker.
In one sentence: the IPC6624SFW-X25-C-VH2 is a 4MP (2688 × 1520) Tri-Guard PTZ with a 4.8–120 mm F1.65–3.8 lens, 25× optical zoom, ColorHunter, 250 m IR and 100 m warm light, red and blue LED light and high-power speaker, auto tracking, 60 fps, EIS, 1024 presets, IP67, powered by PoE+ or 24 V.
Needs a solid bracket and PoE+ or 24 V.
At 5.2 kg it needs a proper wall, corner or pole mount. Uniview lists the TR-WE45-IN and TR-WE45-A-IN wall mounts and TR-UC08-A-IN corner mount for it.

How it goes in
From the box to patrolling.
01
Plan power and mount
Pick a high, solid point with a clear view. Check you have a PoE+ port or a 24 V supply, and a bracket rated for 5.2 kg.
02
Fix the bracket
Mount the bracket on a solid wall, corner or pole, run the cable through it and hang the camera. Seal the cable joint with the supplied waterproof parts.
03
Power it up
Run Cat6 to a PoE+ port, or connect the 24 V supply, and add it to the NVR or the EZView app.
04
Set presets and rules
Save presets, draw lines and zones, turn on auto tracking and link the red and blue light and speaker to the events that matter.

Common questions
What is Tri-Guard?
Uniview’s name for cameras that combine smart intrusion prevention, ColorHunter colour night vision and active deterrence. On this PTZ that means a red and blue LED light and a high-power speaker for audio-visual alarms.
How far does it see at night?
Up to 250 m with IR in black and white, or up to 100 m in colour with the warm light. Uniview’s feature list describes the IR as 200 m long-range; the specification table rates it to 250 m.
Why 60 fps?
At 4MP it can record up to 60 frames a second, which keeps fast-moving vehicles and people sharp when you step through footage.
Does it stay steady in the wind?
It has a gyroscope for electronic image stabilisation, which steadies the picture at long zoom on a pole.
What does auto tracking follow?
People and vehicles, using Uniview’s large-model detection. Once one is detected, the camera pans, tilts and zooms to follow it.
What is a preset and a patrol?
A preset is a saved position with its own pan, tilt and zoom, such as the gate, the loading dock or the car park entry. A patrol moves the camera through a list of presets on a timer, so one camera keeps watch over several spots.
Does it need a bracket?
Yes. A PTZ camera is heavier than a fixed camera and needs a solid wall, corner, ceiling or pole mount. The Uniview mounts listed for it are shown under What goes with it; call us if you are not sure which one suits the site.
Will it work with my recorder?
Uniview NVRs add it and give you pan, tilt and zoom control from the recorder. Other ONVIF (Profile S, G, T, M) recorders can add it too; smart events and PTZ control depend on that recorder.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. In the Uniview EZView app you can watch live, pan, tilt and zoom, jump to presets and play back recordings.
Can it record on its own?
Yes, to a microSD card of up to 512GB. With an NVR, ANR fills any gap from the card when a network drop-out ends.
How is it powered?
By PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) over one Cat6 cable, or a 24 V DC or 24 V AC supply. It draws up to 21.7 W, so a standard 802.3af PoE port is not enough.
What is the warranty?
Uniview 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through InFront. Contact us first and we will organise any claim.
Supported by Infront Technologies.
