A wall arm made for PTZ domes,

This is the Uniview TR-WE45-IN. A cast aluminium wall arm for Uniview PTZ dome cameras. The PTZ screws onto the G1½ thread at the end, and the cable runs inside the arm from the wall.

The standard way to put a PTZ on a wall.
A PTZ needs to hang clear of the wall to turn all the way round. The arm holds it out and down, and the cable stays inside the arm, out of the weather and out of reach.
Wall plate
Hang it, then bolt it.
Two keyhole slots let you hang the arm on two bolts while you line it up, then four Ø9 mm holes bolt it down. The plate is 117 × 170 mm.

201.5 mm out, 230.3 mm high.
The wall plate is 141 × 170 mm with four Ø9 mm holes and two Ø13.5 mm keyhole slots. The camera end is a G1½ thread.

Mark and drill
Hold the plate level, mark the keyholes and the four bolt holes, and drill the cable hole behind the plate.

Fix the arm
Hang it on the keyhole bolts, feed the cable through the arm and tighten all fixings.

Fit the PTZ
Connect the cable, screw the PTZ onto the G1½ thread and lock it with its set screw.

Set it up
Power up, check the PTZ turns freely and set presets and patrols.

Which cameras does it fit?
Uniview PTZ domes with the G1½ mount. The IPC6434LR-X16-VG1, IPC6624SFW-X25-C-VH2 and IPC94144SFW-X25-F40C datasheets list it, Uniview’s accessory guide adds the IPC6424SR-X25-VF, and the Uniarch IPC-P4P4-X25 datasheet lists it too.
How far does it hold the PTZ from the wall?
201.5 mm. For more clearance from eaves or a deep fascia, the TR-WE45-A-IN reaches 312 mm.
Can I mount it on a corner?
Yes, with the TR-UC08-A-IN steel corner adapter. Its front plate has four M8 holes in the same 117 × 170 mm pattern as this arm’s wall plate.
What fixings do I need?
Four bolts or anchors to suit the Ø9 mm holes, plus two for the keyhole slots, rated for the camera’s weight in your wall. Masonry anchors for brick and concrete; never plasterboard alone.
How does the cable get to the camera?
From the wall behind the plate, up inside the arm to the G1½ thread. Drill the hole inside the plate’s outline so it is covered.
How much weight will it hold?
Uniview does not publish a load rating. It is made for its PTZ domes; fix it with anchors rated well above the camera’s weight.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, Uniview lists it for indoor or outdoor walls.

Installation and safety
Fixing. Fix into brick, concrete or steel with anchors rated for the camera; never plasterboard alone. Working at height needs a stable platform. Turn off power before connecting the camera.
Weather. Seal the cable hole behind the plate and the thread at the camera end so water cannot follow the cable inside.
