    Uniarch IPC-P4P4-X25 4MP 25x PTZ dome camera
    Uniarch · PTZ · 4MP · 25× zoom

    25× zoom from one camera,
    and it follows what moves.

This is the Uniarch IPC-P4P4-X25. A full-size 4MP PTZ dome with a 25× optical zoom, 100 m infrared and auto tracking. It turns a full circle without stopping, zooms from a wide view to a single face, and can follow a person or vehicle across the site.

    In one sentence: the IPC-P4P4-X25 is a 4MP (2688 × 1520) PTZ dome with a 4.8–120 mm 25× optical zoom, 360° endless pan at up to 200°/s, 1024 presets, auto tracking, 100 m IR, IP67 and IK10, powered by PoE+ or 12 V DC.

    Needs a bracket and a PoE+ port.

The camera is heavier than a fixed camera and draws up to 21 W, so plan the bracket and power first. Uniarch lists the TR-WE45-IN wall mount for it.

    In the box
    • IPC-P4P4-X25 camera
    • Quick guide
    You also need
    • A wall or pole bracket (TR-WE45-IN wall mount, ask us)
    • A PoE+ (802.3at) port or a 12 V DC 3 A supply
    • Cat6 cable to the camera
    • A microSD card up to 256GB, to record on the camera

From the whole car park to one number plate.

At 4.8 mm it sees 52° across; at 120 mm, 2.7°. Uniarch rates it to identify a person at 247.5 m fully zoomed in. Infrared reaches 100 m, and the housing is IP67 and IK10 from −40 °C to 70 °C.

    Movement

360° endless pan at up to 200°/s.

It turns without a stop, tilts from −15° to 90° with auto reverse, and swings to a preset at 240°/s. Tilt speed runs to 120°/s.

Uniarch IPC-P4P4-X25 PTZ dome camera, side view

    Built tough

    IP67, IK10 and 6 kV surge.

The pendant housing is rated for −40 °C to 70 °C. Alarm and audio terminals connect sensors, a siren, an external microphone or a speaker.

    How it goes in

    From the box to patrolling.

    01

    Fit the bracket

Fix a PTZ wall bracket (or pole or corner adapter) high on a solid wall or pole with a clear view in every direction you need.

    02

    Power and connect

Run Cat6 to a PoE+ (802.3at) port, or use a 12 V DC 3 A supply. Connect any alarm or audio devices to its alarm and audio terminals.

    03

    Hang and set up

Hang the camera on the bracket, add it to the NVR or app and save presets for each spot you care about.

    04

    Set patrols and tracking

Build patrols, set the home position, then draw zones and turn on auto tracking to follow intruders.

    Common questions

    What is the zoom range?

25× optical, from 4.8 mm (52.2° across) to 120 mm (2.74°), plus 16× digital. Fully zoomed in, Uniarch rates it to identify a person at 247.5 m.

    Does it follow people automatically?

Yes. Auto tracking pans, tilts and zooms to follow a moving person or vehicle across the scene.

    How is it powered?

PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) over the Cat6 cable or a 12 V DC 3 A supply. It draws up to 21 W. The PoE ports on the Uniarch NVR-104B-P4, NVR-108B-P8, NVR-216B-P16 and NVR-432XU-P16 supply up to 30 W each, so it can run straight from the recorder.

    What mount does it need?

A PTZ wall bracket. Uniarch lists the TR-WE45-IN wall mount for it. Tell us whether it goes on a wall, corner or pole and we will confirm the bracket and adapter.

Does it have a microphone or speaker?

No, but it has an audio input and output for an external microphone and speaker, plus 2 alarm inputs and 1 alarm output for sensors or a siren, and RS485.

How far does it see at night?

Infrared reaches 100 m. LightHunter keeps colour down to 0.003 lux before the IR is needed.

    Can it handle harsh weather?

Yes. It is IP67 and IK10, has 6 kV surge protection and works from −40 °C to 70 °C.

Will it work with my recorder?

Uniarch and Uniview NVRs add it and give you pan, tilt and zoom control from the recorder. Other ONVIF (Profile S, G or T) recorders can add it too; smart events and PTZ control depend on that recorder.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes. In the Uniarch app you can watch live, pan, tilt and zoom, jump to presets and play back recordings.

Can it record on its own?

Yes, to a microSD card of up to 256GB. With an NVR, ANR fills any gap from the card when a network drop-out ends.

    What is Ultra 265?

Uniarch’s video compression. It keeps the same picture as H.265 in less space, so the recorder holds more days of footage.

    What is the warranty?

Uniarch 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through us. Contact us first and we will organise any claim.

    Supported by Infront Technologies.

Planning a PTZ for a car park or yard? Call 1300 736 970 or email [email protected] with the site layout and we will confirm the bracket, power and recorder.

    Installation and safety

    Power. PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) or 12 V DC ±25% 3 A, 21 W maximum. A standard 802.3af PoE port is not enough.

Weather. IP67 and IK10 with 6 kV surge protection. Works from −40 °C to 70 °C. Fix the bracket to a structure that can carry 3.05 kg in wind.
