This is the Uniarch NVR-104B-P4. A compact 4-channel recorder with four PoE ports, so each camera needs one Cat6 cable and no power pack. It records up to 16MP, shows 4K on HDMI and holds a drive of up to 16TB.
In one sentence: the NVR-104B-P4 is a 4-channel Uniarch NVR with 4 PoE ports (50 W in total), one SATA bay up to 16TB, 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth and 4K HDMI output.
Order it without a drive, or with a 2, 4, 6 or 8TB drive fitted.
The NVR-104B-P4 arrives without a hard drive, cameras or screen. Add a surveillance hard drive, the cameras and a screen. The recorder powers the cameras itself through its PoE ports.

Four PoE ports and everything else on one side.
The back carries the four PoE camera ports, the LAN port to your router, HDMI and VGA outputs, RCA audio in and out, one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 for backups, and the 48 V DC input.

Size
260 × 222 × 47 mm.
It weighs 1.1 kg or less without a drive and draws 10 W or less before the drive and cameras. The optional RM-1U-260 bracket fits it in a 19-inch rack.

Common questions
How many cameras does the NVR-104B-P4 take?
Four IP cameras, each on its own PoE port. For more cameras, the NVR-108B-P8 takes eight and the NVR-216B-P16 sixteen.
Can the PoE ports power every camera at once?
Yes for typical cameras. Each port gives up to 30 W and the four share 50 W, so four standard 6–8MP cameras are well inside the budget. Check before adding several PTZ or heated cameras.
What resolution can it record?
Up to 16MP per channel, including 4K (8MP) and 6MP cameras. Playback decodes two 16MP streams or four 4K streams at 30 fps.
Is a hard drive included?
No. The NVR-104B-P4 ships empty so you can choose the storage. One SATA bay takes a single drive of up to 16TB. We suggest a surveillance-rated drive such as Seagate SkyHawk.
Will it work with cameras that are not Uniarch?
Yes, with ONVIF (Profile S, G or T) or RTSP cameras. Smart events such as line crossing and intrusion come from Uniarch and Uniview cameras; third-party cameras normally give video and basic motion only.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. Connect the recorder’s network port to your router and add it to the Uniarch app with the P2P QR code. Live view, playback and alerts then work on iPhone and Android.
What screen can I plug in?
Any monitor or TV with HDMI or VGA. HDMI runs up to 4K (3840 × 2160) at 30 Hz and VGA up to 1920 × 1080. The Uniarch MT-22-V and MT-24-V monitors suit it and have speakers built in.
What is Ultra 265?
Uniarch’s compression. It records the same picture as H.265 in less space, so the drive holds more days of footage. H.265 and H.264 are supported too.
What does ANR do?
If the network drops, compatible cameras keep recording to their SD card and the NVR pulls the missing footage back when the link returns.
How far can the cameras be from the recorder?
Up to 100 m of Cat6 per PoE port, which is the Ethernet limit. Beyond that, add a PoE switch or extender part way.
Can I mount it in a rack?
It is a desktop unit. The optional Uniarch RM-1U-260 bracket fits it in a 1U space in a 19-inch rack — ask us if you need one.
What is the warranty?
Uniarch 3-year manufacturer warranty, handled in Australia through us. Contact us first and we will organise any claim.
Supported by Infront Technologies.

Installation and safety
Power. Use only the supplied 48 V DC power supply. Power off before fitting or removing the hard drive.
Placement. Use indoors between −10 °C and 55 °C, under 90% humidity, with space around the vents. Keep it somewhere secure so a thief cannot take the footage with it.
