Surface-mount the X915S.
Box and fixings in one kit.

The AK-X915ONWALLK is Akuvox’s standard on-wall installation kit for the X915 series. The box takes the 350 × 130 mm X915S on any flat wall, with or without a junction box behind it.

On the wall

With or without a junction box.

Over an 86 × 86 mm junction box, screw the box to it with the two M4 × 30 screws, mark and drill four 6 mm holes, then add the four ST4 × 20 screws and anchors.

Without a junction box, line the box up with the cable entry — Akuvox places the bottom of its square opening 10 mm from the wiring hole — and fix it with the four ST4 × 20 screws.

Choose your mount

Standard, thick, angled or flush.

The X915S ships without a mounting box. This is the standard on-wall box; Akuvox also makes a thick on-wall box, an angle on-wall kit and an in-wall kit for flush mounting.

Add the X915 on-wall rain cover on exposed entries.
