Akuvox LTEMOD is the internal Mini PCIe LTE module for compatible Akuvox door phones: R29C-L, E18C and X916S-L. It is not a door station, not an S535 clip-on module, and not a plastic radio enclosure — it screws inside the phone. Stocked in Australia by Infront Technologies.
The AK-LTEMOD is the Mini PCIe LTE card Akuvox specifies for R29C-L, E18C and X916S-L. You open the back cover, seat the card, fit the RF leads and SIM per the LTE install guide. It will not clip onto an S535 and it will not drop into a standard (non-L) R29C.
This SKU is the radio module only.
You receive the Mini PCIe LTE module (and the small screws where Akuvox packs them). The door phone, SIM card, indoor monitor and lock are separate.

Akuvox’s R29C-L datasheet lists LTE-FDD B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B13/B18/B19/B20/B25/B26/B28 and LTE-TDD B38/B39/B40/B41 (plus WCDMA B1/B2/B4/B5/B6/B8/B19). Confirm your carrier on that band list before you rely on cellular at the gate.
What you are buying
Green PCB, metal shield, Mini PCIe edge connector. This is the part that goes inside the compatible Akuvox door phone — not a weatherproof radio box.
Akuvox supplies it as EG25-G Mini PCIe class hardware. Do not confuse it with the S535 bottom LTE expansion unit.
Where it fits
Those three families have the internal LTE socket and RF leads. Standard R29C (this catalogue’s AK-R29C) does not take this card.
E18C is stocked separately. Confirm the exact door-phone suffix before you add this module to a quote.
Bands
R29C-L publishes LTE-FDD B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B13/B18/B19/B20/B25/B26/B28 and LTE-TDD B38/B39/B40/B41. Attach that datasheet here so the band list travels with the module.
Australian carriers differ. Check the site’s band before you promise cellular at handover.
How it works

R29C-L, E18C or X916S-L only. A standard R29C or an S535 needs a different LTE path.

Follow the Akuvox LTE quick guide: remove the back cover, seat the Mini PCIe card, fit the RF leads and screws.

Use the station’s SIM slot / tray as documented. Do not force a SIM onto the module itself unless that host’s guide says so.

Low-voltage product (SELV). The module is powered from the host door phone. Do not apply a separate PSU to the Mini PCIe card. The host still needs PoE / DC as stated on that door-phone datasheet.
When a licensed tradesperson is required. Concealed structured data / intercom cabling is customer cabling under AS/CA S009 and must be performed by an ACMA-registered cabler. Any electric lock, maglock or dedicated lock PSU is a separate electrical/security install and may require a licensed electrician or security installer.
